I. Online Shopping
Eat French food is committed to providing an excellent service. However, we are unable to guarantee that the product images you see are an accurate representation of the actual merchandise
II. Acceptance of your Order
2.1. Shortly after you have placed an order, an email will be sent to you with the exact details of your order. This email is not an order confirmation or order acceptance.
2.2. We reserve the right to cancel the order between us if:
The product you ordered being out of stock
Our inability to obtain authorisation for your payment
The identification of a pricing or product description error
The identification of a delivery address error
2.2.3. Bespoke order.
All the necessary information must be received by Eat French Food 30 days before the date of the delivery of your order.
We have the right to use your logo and artwork to prepare your order.
The design of the artwork must be approved by an authorised person in your business. Without this we will not proceed the order.
After this before to proceed the production you will have to pay 70% of the full amount of your order.
III. Pricing Policy
3.1. All prices shown on the website are in £ Sterling and Euros.
3.2. You will be required to pay extra for delivery. Shipping prices is different depend the weight and the destination. You can see our shipping prices list here.
IV. Payment at time of order
4.1. We must receive full payment of the price for the products that you order before your order can be accepted.
4.2.If your payment is made in a different currency, your final cost will depend upon the rate at which your bank card company exchanges your currency for the Pound Sterling and any additional fee charged for such exchange by your bank card company.
V. Product Availability
Once an item is sold out it will be taken off the website at the earliest opportunity. All items are subject to availability. If, due to unforeseen circumstances, it is necessary to substitute an item, it will be only made with the customer s prior consent.
VI. Delivery of products
6.1. Product shipping
6.1.1. Our parcels are specially prepared by Eat French Food for shipping. Eat french food will make sure before sending you order that your products has been properly wrapped.
6.1.2. The shipping information you provide is very important in making sure that the products you request can be delivered in the normal course. Eat French Food cannot be held responsible for returns occasioned by incomplete or erroneous delivery instructions as wrong name, wrong postcode, wrong floor number....
6.1.3 After we confirm your request, we will send your order by using Royal Mail. All efforts will be made to assure prompt delivery of your order. Once the product is delivered, we cannot be responsible if it is lost or damaged from the environmental conditions in which it is left or that develop after its delivery.

6.2.1. Delivery times depend on the country of destination.
- LONDON : Express delivery, (Next Day)* or standard delivery (3 working days)* :

We don't delivered on Saturday and Sunday.

* For the express delivery (Next day) and the standard delivey, your order will be shipped the day after we received your order.
6.2.2.
In London, deliveries are made Monday through Friday.
We can delivered in London the week end, for more information please contact us.
Deliveries to the other destinations are made Monday through Friday. We don't delivered on Saturday and Sunday.
SHIPPING MAY TAKE LONGER DURING BUSY HOLIDAY SEASONS (CHRISTMAS, VALENTINE S DAY, AND EASTER).
VII. Complaints
7.1. All claims must be made within 48 hours of product delivery. Claims received by Eat French Food after longer delays may not be honoured. Claims should have to be sent to our Customer Service Department, by email or by postal service. The address for claims is:

7.2. All claims must be motivated and accompanied by an explanation of the problem, as well as the damages occasioned thereby. After an analysis of the situation, MDC at its own discretion will determine the appropriate remedy, including a refund of payment or a reshipment of product.
VIII. Returns
8.1. Returns will be accepted by Eat French Food only upon its prior express formal agreement and in no case more than 48 hours after delivery to a recipient.
8.2. Where Eat French Food accepts a return in the case of an obvious flaw or the nonconformity of the products delivered with an order, Eat French Food will allow the free replacement of the product or the return of the amount paid by the consumer. By accepting such, the consumer and any other party involved therewith (including the purchaser, where the consumer has received the Eat French Food product as a gift), agrees to waive any additional claims it may have, including for interest and other payments.

X. Warranty
10.1. Eat French Food guarantees the quality of its products from the time they leave our depot in London.
XI. No Resale
When you order product from us, you agree that it is for personal use and that it will not be resold by you to anyone.
